Facebook is constantly growing, one of the latest changes that has had a huge impact is facebook applications. This article will discuss these applications from a dating perspective. The Applications You Should Definitely Get

    Audio-  Not only can you show off your taste in music a little but this facebook application will give those visiting your profile something to jam to while they are checking out your profile. It is recommended that you move the audio program, by clicking and dragging it on your profile, somewhere near the top. Someone visiting can then click play and listen to it as they are checking out the rest of your profile.

    Top Friends- Top friends is great because if you have a lot of top friends it makes you seem more social. Even if you only have 30 facebook friends, make 24 of them your top friends. We are not saying that the application itself is that great, but it will make it look like you have closer relations to a lot of people and no girl wants to date a guy that has no friends.

    HOT or NOT- An all around awesome application. This program allows people to rate profile pictures of other HOT or NOT users. It also has a “Meet” feature which allows you to contact people that have found you attractive as well.     Graffiti- This facebook application lets you draw graffiti on someones profile. If you are really good at art this is a MUST because you can show off your talents. If you are not so artistic it is still a great application. Instead of posting some boring message on a girls wall, make a picture. Not only will she see the picture every time she gets on her profile, but it will make much more of an impression than just some wall message. (Even if the picture isn’t that great)

Applications You Should Consider

    Video- If you went to an awesome concert and recorded some of it, if you witness some incredible event you got on tape, or if you visited some exciting place you happened to get a clip of…  post it! Not only will it show you posted a recent video to others using the application, but it will show up on your profile and then others can catch a glimpse of how exciting your life is, or at least, how exciting that one clip of your life is. If you have no video clips, if the clips are not very good, or if the clip will just make you look bad obviously you probably shouldn’t add this application.

    Free Gifts- This application lets you send free gifts to people over facebook. I wouldn’t really want to go overboard with sending girls gifts because that would be kind of creepy. You could however use the program to send yourself some gifts. Just mark them as private, so no one else going to your profile knows they were from you, or mark one or two as anonymous. Any girl going to your profile would probably see them and think that either some other girl or girls are interested in you or your friends really like you. Either way making it look like more people like you is never a bad thing.

    Grow-A-Gift- Like the Free Gifts application but you send flowers instead of gifts. The flowers start out as a seed and grow over a period of 4 days into the actual flower. Not many people use this application yet but it is great for sending gifts. Not only will you get her attention by sending the gift itself, but she will have to wait 4 days while it grows to see what it is. This will cause her to think about you more often and that is never a bad thing.

    Advanced Wall- Like the normal wall but with a lot of other options. If you are good with computers like Flash you could make a flash animation to post on someones wall, which would be pretty unique. You can also embed pictures and other stuff. If nothing else you could post on someone’s wall in a different color font and different sized font to emphasize your post and make more of an impression.

There are a ton of other facebook applications and new ones are being added quite often. These are just the ones we thought were currently the most beneficial to add. Other applications may be good too, but all the ones named above can help pretty much anyone regardless of background.
